and cannot be held responsible for unpredictable weather conditions,unforeseen circumstances, last minute changes or enjoyment
levels of the customer.

AHEAD WITH A BOOKING REGARDLESS IF A BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN MADE. ANY CANCELLATION
BY THE CUSTOMER SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR MIND OR IN ANY OTHER INSTANCES WILL MEAN THAT THE DEPOSIT (OR FULL
PREPAYMENT) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. (IT TAKES TIME & EFFORT TO PUT A BOOKING TOGETHER & PROCESS A BOOKING. HHjj GETS
CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE IF WE CANCEL AN ENTERTAINER ONCE A BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE).
OR ONCE A CONFIRMATION BOOKING FORM HAS BEEN ISSUED IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE BOOKING AND A DEPOSIT OR FULL
PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN OUT ONCE CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE GIVEN. THIS ALSO APPLIES IN CASES THAT A CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER OR DIRECT
BANK TRANSFER HAS BEEN PLEDGED TO SECURE THE BOOKING OF ENTERTAINERS, HIRE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER ITEMS ETC. HHjj WILL HONOUR
THE BOOKING AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALSO EXPECTED TO DO SO IN RETURN. IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT DO SO, AN INVOICE WILL
BE SENT OUT AND A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY MAY BE USED TO RECOVER MONIES.
-The Customer agrees to pay any reasonable additional charges/fees that maybe charged on top even after original quote/booking/invoice
etc has been given/signed off/paid due to mis-communication by either parties, unexpected unforeseen expenses/costs/equipment
etc, like venue/grounds/parking ticket/entry passes/fines/needs changes etc. SUBJECT TO MANAGEMENT'S DISCRETION.
***FIRST IN BEST DRESSED POLICY...
-We will offer the first people the best discount, subject to usual booking terms & conditions such as travel/availability
etc
***WE'LL BEAT ANY QUOTE BY 10%... (Same activity or item-conditions apply)
-Must have written proof and verification via phone contact person of that company/business etc-No proof no discount!
-10% discount applies only to an individual activity or item price, not travel or add-ons etc(as expenses may apply differently
to HHjj)
-NOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER SPECIALS OR PROMOTIONS OR PACKAGE DEALS
-Subject to usual booking terms & conditions such as travel/availability etc
-Subject to Management's Discretion

***BOOKINGS...
The moment the customer agrees for services or products to be provided by Happy Happy Joy Joy, the customer agrees to
forward any min deposit payments or full payments. The Customer has entered into a a verbal contract agreement between Happy
Happy Joy Joy and the customer has been made regardless if an email or other forms of booking confirmation has been issued
or not as it is the customer's intention to book. This will initially constitute as a verbal contract and any monies forwarded
after this point will be non-refundable as expenses would have been incurred by Happy Happy Joy Joy.
***PREPAYMENT or DEPOSITS-THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY...
a)MIN $100.00 per activity booked (plus 3% processing fee if by credit card)
Deposit and this AMOUNT is **NOT REFUNDABLE** regardless if you received a confirmation booking form via email or by post
(due to admin costs/loss of bookings for that time-slot & date etc).
b) PRE-PAYMENTS IN FULL prior to event are also NON-REFUNDABLE regardless if you have received a confirmation booking
form via email or by post etc;(due to admin costs/loss of bookings for that time-slot & date etc).
***NOTE: ONCE CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE GIVEN, IT IS DEEMED THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS AGREED TO; OR HAS INTENTION TO BOOK ENTERTAINMENT
AND PROCEED WITH THE BOOKING; REGARDLESS IF A BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN MADE EITHER
PRIOR OR THEREAFTER. ANY CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR MIND OR IN ANY OTHER INSTANCES
WILL MEAN THAT THE DEPOSIT (OR FULL PREPAYMENT) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ALSO THE CUSTOMER MAY BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION
FEE ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY PRE-PAYMENTS OF MONIES AS EXPENSES WILL HAVE BEEN INCURRED.(IT TAKES TIME & EFFORT TO PUT A BOOKING
TOGETHER & PROCESS A BOOKING. HHjj GETS CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE IF WE CANCEL AN ENTERTAINER ONCE A BOOKING HAS BEEN
MADE).
THE SAME APPLIES ONCE A CONFIRMATION BOOKING FORM HAS BEEN ISSUED IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE BOOKING AND
A DEPOSIT OR BALANCE OF PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN OUT ONCE CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE GIVEN. THERE ARE DEFINITELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO
THE RULE.
***Unless both parties once on site and have assessed the situation have mutually agreed to cancel due to specific conditions
mentioned earlier, such as inclement weather, unsafe working environment etc. Although a cancellation fee may still be payable
depending on how much administration or work has already taken place beforehand by HHjj.
***CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS...
HHJJ DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR GIVE REFUNDS.
(IN THE SINGLE CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE THE WEATHER IS CYCLONIC AND TREACHEROUS; A REPRESENTATIVE MUST HAVE BEEN ON SITE AND
EYEBALLED THE SITUATION. PLUS A MUTUAL AGREEMENT MUST HAVE BEEN MADE BETWEEN THE HIRER AND THE HHJJ REPRESENTATIVE TO CANCEL
THE BOOKING. WILL A PARTIAL REFUND BE ISSUED. ANY PREPAYMENT OF MONIES (SUCH AS A DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE).
A MIN FEE OF $100.00 WILL BE PAYABLE PLUS ADMIN EXPENSES IN ADDITION TO ANY PRE -PAYMENT OF MONIES.
************-Happy Happy Joy Joy reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice that may cause harm/discomfort
or unreasonable distress to users, staff/contractors or rental equipment due to either unsafe/unreasonable working environment
such as inclement weather or verbal/physical abuse or harassment/chastising from Customer's staff/patrons/guests etc. (This
especially applies for Corporate events or Large functions or if there are large number of guests.**********************
The Customer agrees to reimburse pro-rata for the time elapsed (in addition to any pre-payments or deposits)if already
at a venue OR shall pay a cancellation fee of $100.00 whichever is the greater amount prior to arriving at a venue or at completion
of initial set-up.
***CREDIT CARD PROCESSING...
-Payments made by MasterCard/Visa will incur a 3% admin processing fee in addition to quoted booking price & travel
fee where applicable.
***SUPERVISED/DRY HIRE OF ACTIVITIES/EQUIPMENT...
-Happy Happy Joy Joy cannot be held responsible for the safety and well-being of participants using hire equipment or
any products or services.
-The Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation and maintenance
and return to Happy Happy Joy Joy or Affiliated Companies. The Customer is responsible for all loss, damage or repair.
-By accepting delivery of rented items, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions shown on rental contract. The
Customer acknowledges that s/he has received in good order all rented items and other goods listed on the contract.
-All participants under 16yrs must be supervised at all times by an adult where applicable.
-Every reasonable measure has been made to ensure that safety and hygiene procedures are adhered to and are of the highest
priority.
-Participants are made aware that there is a certain of amount of risk involved in the hiring and use of equipment and
products. Users are ultimately responsible for their own safety and well-being.
***AFFILIATED OR OUT-SOURCED COMPANIES...
-In this case the out-sourced company will be entirely responsible for the delivery/set up/carrying out/ any grievances
by the customer.
-Happy Happy Joy Joy is merely the booking agent and is merely the third party introducing the out-sourced company additional
business.
-Details such as a Mobile number may be provided on the day of the event by a representative staff attending the event
such as the delivery person.
***GOODS / PRODUCTS PURCHASED
-Goods/products purchased from Happy Happy Joy Joy and sent through via mail etc will incur a postage and handling fee
(TBA)which is non-refundable as it has been passed on to Australia Post and/or Courier Companies.
-This also applies to any goods/services (deemed faulty)returned within 30 days. (ALL GOODS/PRODUCTS HAVE 100% MONEY BACK
GUARANTEE IF DEFECT OR DAMAGED-NOT INC POSTAGE & HANDLING).
***LATE PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES RENDERED...
-Late payments will be passed onto a Debt Collection Agency to seek reimbursement for unpaid accounts (PLUS FEES), if
Management has deemed it is not within a reasonable amount of time to pay monies that is due.
***VOUCHERS/PROMOTION OFFERS...
-All discount vouchers/promos are subject to Management's Approval and discretion. Single use only and not exchangeable
with any parties or other companies. Vouchers/promos are not in conjunction with any other existing or past promotions or
offers unless clearly stated on printed material or website or email.
